Prototype for team review. Sign-in, forms and the workspace are mock: nothing is sent. New headlines, and text with a dotted orange underline, are proposals waiting on the founders. What’s real
Work

We don't sell what we haven't run

We run Splice on our own methods: software factory, company brain, sales agents. Plus anonymized work for clients and design partners, with status.

Splice started by building its own software factory and company brain, and we use both every day. What we learned along the way is already built into what we deploy for you.

What we use ourselves

We built these for ourselves first and have rebuilt them many times since. It's the same model we bring to you: agents do the work, and there's an accountable person behind every decision that matters. Station, our delivery system, runs Splice every day.

Live today

  • Software factory. Agents write, test and deploy our code. Releases go out automatically under our policies, and anything higher-risk goes to a person to review and approve.
  • Company brain. Everything we know, in one place our agents work from.
  • Sales agents. They research and qualify prospects, then our people take over.

Coming soon

  • Finance operations.
  • Agents that weigh in on our own decisions.

What we're building for others

We name clients only with their written permission; everything else is described as it was delivered. Each entry says what we built, how, our role and where it stands. Results are added once they're confirmed.

An influencer marketing and talent management agency

Client · Live

  • What we built: agents that now handle the agency's editorial, creative and contract reviews, including MSAs and SOWs.
  • How: by working with the agency's editors, creative leads and contract owners to capture how they review work, then handing those reviews to agents that flag anything a person should decide.
  • Our role: forward-deployed team. We designed and built the agents with the agency's people.
  • Status: Live. Next: sales agents that build its pipeline.
  • Result: Live in the agency's review work. We'll add figures once the client confirms them.

The agency's owner is a Splice founder. We say so because you should know.

A direct-to-consumer health company

Design partner · In progress

  • What we built: we're making the company AI-native and its products agent-ready at the same time.
  • How: inside the company, a chief-of-staff agent, a company brain, and growth and sales agents, with finance operations next. Outside it, its products rebuilt so customers' own AI agents can use them directly.
  • Our role: design partner. We're building it together, and the company helps shape what we deploy for others.
  • Status: In progress.
  • Result: In progress, so no result yet. We'll add one once the company confirms it.

A specialty chemicals manufacturer

Client · In progress

  • What we built: a brain that holds the company's product expertise, which used to live with one or two people.
  • How: working directly with the company's specialists to capture how they match products to use cases, and which claims the company can't make.
  • Our role: forward-deployed team. We're building the brain with the company's specialists.
  • Status: In progress. Next: sales agents that find the right buyers, research them, manage campaigns, prepare reps with tailored decks, support them live on calls and handle follow-up.
  • Result: In progress, so no result yet. We'll add one once the company confirms it.

Try it on one of your workflows

We'll use the same method on your work. In one focused day we pick a real workflow together and build a working prototype of it, and you'll see where you are on the path from AI-absent to AI-enabled to AI-native.
